The place applied to was a brand new location so they overhired a alot which made interviewing easy since they were looking for people. Waited 1 hour to be interviewed, overall very easy though. As long as you let them know you’re looking for a job where you want to grow and believe is guest satisfaction you’re set.

I was initially sent a text message to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer explained the position, compensation, and benefits, and we discussed my desired schedule. I was then asked to return for another interview with the Senior Manager, which lasted about 10 minutes.
