Interviewed with three different head chefs & then finally with the GM. Each of the interviewers had the same types of questions. They all inquired about my immediate availability, the level of my skill set, possible continuation of education and if I had any future career goals.

During the interview the manager/GM is just going over what to expect from the job, the pay, then ask you whether or not you want the job.

was easy they need cooks so any experience you have will work just make sure you tell them what station you prefer to work in for the position. but overall, the managers are kind and respect hard working individuals
