Interview with the host manager and then an upper-level manager. One on one at a table within the restaurant. Didn't take more than 30 minutes. They seemed like great people so I accepted the offer.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
