Filled out an application and met with an AGM that afternoon. After first interview I was asked to fill out a personality test and to return the next morning. The next day I interviewed with a second AGM as well as the GM. Was offered the position by the GM. They do however, only hire servers when they plan to hire a group for a serving class, they will not hire a single server, no matter what your background is; they need to be planning a class.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
