Overall it wasn’t too difficult, it was very conversational even with the questions asked. Think about an answer as to why you want to work there and what you liked or read about the Cheescake Factory. Show optimism and that you’re ready to work and benefit a team.

First interview went really great, asked about my job experience, availability, etc. The second Interview was ok. Asked more deeper questions, I really wanted to work here. I did research, had open availability, lived less Than 10mins from the job but never heard back.
