The interview process was very unprofessional. The recruiter was great but the top management is not organized. Confused about job and responsibilities ask the same questions over and over on the phone and in person. Some are too new to the job; what I observed was the culture is not what they said. The person giving me a tour stated that offices are locked and you need a pass because employees tried to poison management???? No open door policy! Went it two times 6 hours total.
