You sit down with the manager and they ask you a few simple questions about your experience and your availability. Overall, not very difficult, especially if you’ve ever interviewed for a restaurant position before. The more difficult part comes after, as training takes around two weeks in total.

The manager barely asked any questions and didn’t let any opportunity for me to ask questions. The interview didn’t last more than 5 minutes and the manager didn’t seem to take interest in who I was or why I wanted the job. It was a big red flag for me

Pretty straightforward asks about work ethic and how to navigate people and customer service questions. Were looking to start oriole right away. It took less than 30 mins total I want to say.

Honest and straightforward. You could tell they actually cared about the candidates they were looking to fill the spot but also it was a quick turnaround I feel. I heard back pretty quickly and ended up getting the job
