Interview with SM and DM. The SM will interview you initially and then will take the process forward from there. Make sure you ask questions. The SM will ask you a lot of questions about problem solving to see if you will be able to resolve issues in an appropriate manner. The SM's in the area have been around for a long time so you probably won't get past them if you don't understand how retail operates.
