3 round interviews 1st round was a phone call with 2 current mcrps in 2 different locations in the US 2nd round was a video call with a current mcrp (1 from the 1st round) and the mcrp manager 3rd round they invite you the Nashville, TN (the headquarters) for a 2 day process (all expenses reimbursed/paid for), 1st day, you go to a networking dinner where there's a powerpoint presentation, speed networking, and dinner with a group of employees and other candidates (there will be several Cigna employees in all different positions, whether it be the CEO of a department or a new employee or a vet) it's a little intimidating, but they tell you to just be yourself-everybody was extremely chill, honest, and helpful, you will fall in love with the company's corporate culture...2nd day is the real "interview" day which consists of an individual interview with 2, a group case study and presentation on the results, and an individual presentation on any topic of your choice (be creative, i found that doing a topic that's more personal & has nothing to do with cigna or healthcare are the winners, just don't Bore them, show your personality) our group had about 30 candidates, they mentioned the year before there was about 40 candidates and only 10-15 got chosen...just FYI Overall, it was a very interesting experience, you will meet so many people, have fun with it, oh plus it's a mini vacay ;-)

The process was pretty simple and very fast paced considering the amount of applicants and the difficulty of actually getting the position. First I applied and heard back in two days that I was moving to the first round interview. The interview was with two current associates in the program. This was more of an introductory/resume review/individual behavioral interview. After this interview I heard back within the hour of me completing the interview that I was moving to the next round. My second interview was scheduled for the next week. The second interview was with the Program Manager and a current associate in the program. The interview questions were more in depth and more difficult but all behavioral about how you are in team dynamics. I found out I was making it to next round the next business day. The final round "Super Day" is two days where day one consists of speed networking and getting to know everyone else in the candidate pool. Day one was very chill with no interviews and was super fun! All virtual because of COVID (like all of the past interviews). Day two consists of multiple interviews with different people within the company, a case interview that you are given the day of, and a presentation that you present to a panel that you prepare before Super Day. Questions in each interview were more difficult than the previous round but a good mix of behavioral/strategic based questions in each. Everyone I met (including other candidates) during this process was so friendly and so understanding! It is a long day of interviews and events but the atmosphere makes it enjoyable and makes it fly by. I received my offer about a week after Super Day, so this was a month process. Application submission and Interview 1 on week one, Interview 2 on week two, Super Day week three, and offer on week 4!
