Colloquio
I applied online in March of 2012 for this type of position. Out of the blue I received a phone call from a Cigna Talent recruiter. She was very friendly and little did I know she was interviewing me for the open position. She asked me many questions but over all I would say she was looking for confidence and experience.I lacked in the experience area but showed my confidence very high and stayed very positive the entire conversation. I didn't ramble and answered directly. After we talked for a bit she told me she thinks that I was an excellent candidate and that she would be emailing me a time for the panel interview. That was Friday, Monday I received the email and set up the interview. The interview went really well, the supervisors that interviewed me were very friendly and nice. They had generated questions and went through them picking which ones they wanted to ask me. I also brought a list of questions to ask them about Cigna and the position itself. That really impressed them.
Domande di colloquio [2]
Domanda 1
Most of the questions were things like How did I handle conflict with customers and clients?
Structured interview process starting with a screening call followed by a session with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Cigna KL office. The interviewers were exceptionally friendly and did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout the discussion.
Although I wasn't selected for the role, I am very grateful for the opportunity. This was my first interview in two years following a personal bereavement and the fact that they considered my application gave me a significant boost in confidence. It reminded me of my professional value as I restart my career.
The process helped me clearly identify my strengths and areas for improvement, which I will carry forward into future interviews. Overall, it was a wonderful and supportive experience.

My interview process for the Administrative Assistant position at Cigna was structured and smooth. It began with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. After that, I was invited for a virtual interview with the hiring manager and a team member. They asked situational and behavioral questions related to time management, handling confidential information, multitasking, and teamwork.
I also had the opportunity to ask questions about the team dynamics and day-to-day responsibilities, which helped me understand the role better. Overall, the process was professional, friendly, and gave me a positive impression of Cigna’s work culture and values.
Interview was fine. Went very well. Was offered job role within a few days of interview. Started with company once month after the interview. Only stayed for a few months and have since left the job role
