Got a call within a few weeks of applying. Got an offer within a week of the second interview. Only two rounds and HR and managers were both very friendly. First round with HR. Second round with manager. Both on the phone (pre covid). Straight forward questions with emphasis on situational questions and past experiences. Walk through resume.

The interview was your standard interview with standard interview questions. They were interested in your managed care background and showed favor if you completed your residency (they didn’t ask about your accreditation). My interviewer was intimidating since I didn’t get feedback after any question.
