Was 22 years ago for a completely different position. No interview required for this position as I was just moved into it. However, I was involved in the hiring of other BA positions.

The interviews I conducted were more than 10 years ago and Cigna's interview process has changed dramatically since then.
Well organized interview process. Engaged with hiring manager directly and set clear expectations for next steps. Transparent in communication and timely. Met with team members and leadership peers allowing for diverse perspectives and big picture understanding of role.
Good informed and different approaches and questions including what I like to do in my free time. That’s nice to hear some people are interested in linking professional to employees life

Initial interview with HR was pretty standard. Was scheduled for an interview with the hiring managers that was moved multiple times until it was cancelled. Cigna is notorious for hiring candidates they already know. They already had an internal candidate they were going to hire but prefer to waste external candidates time.
