Applied through my college. Consisted of a phone interview followed up by a day full of 4 interviews with different managers. After that, they reached out with an offer the following week.

Applied, received an interview request within a week, went into the Wilmington Delaware office to interview. I met with the manager and she asked behavioral based questions and asked about my goals going forward. It was a great interview and a very comfortable experienced.
