Great company with good benefits. Flexible position allows one to work remotely with little travel. Growing company. Good conversations with folks, but interview process is lengthy. Could take months to get to a decision.
It was quick and easy. The interview screening with HR lasted 30 minutes. Then I was passed to hiring manager for phase 2, and I had two more interviews with team members. Lastly, I interviewed with the director of the team.

The interview itself with the recruiter was conversational and friendly. But I decided not to move forward despite the recruiter being really enthusiastic about me talking to the hiring manager. This was because: 1. When I asked for an example of their leadership team showing they care about the people who work there, the recruiter's response was basically that they hired people under the premise they would be working remotely, forced them back into the office with a hybrid model, and when the employees asked for more structure and details are on the hybrid model, the leadership team failed to provide that to them and instead left it to the discretion of the people managers. Big yikes and probably an employment lawsuit waiting to happen. 2. When I asked for the salary range, it was lower than what they posted on the job posting, which felt like a grimey bait and switch. And honestly consistent with lying about remote work only to force people into the office. For context, I live in a city where market rate would be on the higher end of the range they posted on the JD. 3. I emailed the recruiter or some questions the same day we had our phone screen, and it took her a week and a half to get back to me. A organized interview process is a clear indication that the company itself is disorganized.
recruiter reached out via email to do screener interview and to allow me to ask questions and let me know about the team and what to expect. Then set up a virtual interview with hiring manager. Then another interview with senior team members.
