Pretty basic phone interview. A few behavioral questions to start the interview off with. After that, the interviewer asked a couple questions about basic insurance principles to see that I had a basic understanding of it. The interviewer then told me a bit about the company and what they the internship position consisted of. Lasted about 30 minutes. Heard back about two weeks later for a second phone interview.

Went through six interviews with Cigna, the last four being back to back. The interviewers asked both challenging and thoughtful questions while making sure I was comfortable as well. I had a mix of behavioral, logical, and statistical questions asked.
Was very delightful. Had a 30 minute first round call with two actuarial analysts which turned into a 1 hour conversation instead. The interviewers were very friendly and was willing to give more time to answer questions. Got invited to the second round but received another offer earlier.

Excellent process. The interview was virtual. Excellent questions were asked that assessed my understanding of the health insurance industry and how well I could work on a team, in addition to some questions about leadership skills and how I made and prioritized tasks and decisions.
