Setting up the interview was quick and easy. Two manager panel interview over the phone with typical behavioral questions. Both managers seemed very nice and gave a lot of great information. Told me it would be 2-3 weeks for the interviewing to conclude and reach a decision. 3 weeks out I emailed the recruiter to ask for an update and she said they were still interviewing and she would get back to me with an update but I never heard back and she is not responding to further emails. Very unprofessional to ghost potential candidates.

The interview process is very easy and straightforward. The process does not take very long from the time you interview until you are offered a position. The interview is very casual. It’s more of a discussion of expectations and your experience.
