I applied online on Cigna's website and was sent an email by Cigna Recruiter to schedule a telephone interview. We scheduled the phone interview but I was not interested in pursuing after our discussion of salary.

It was a Virtual interview with two employees, series of standard interview questions. The employees did not seem very interested in the interview and seems to quickly want to get off the call.
It was great. The process was easy and straight forward. I completed 3 interviews, first one with a hiring manager, then a manager and then the onsite team. After the onsite meeting, things moved very quickly.
