Applied online, received an email same day requesting to complete an assessment with a personality test and a simulated call center environment.
Received a call back the following day for a phone interview. Completed interview and was offered a second interview over video as I'm currently out of state from where I'm applying.
Video interview lasted a little more than an hour, questioning situational awareness, and questions regarding accountability.and dependability.
Final question is "why should we hire you" which has come up on every interview I've ever had, and yet I didn't have an answer and feel like that was the deciding factor in my interview.
Be prepared, the process is quick and the interviewers are very polite.
Hopefully once I meet their restrictions for reapplying I'll throw my name in again and be prepared next time.
