Be very careful with this company. When finished 2nd interview, I was asked to provide the reference letter before final interview because they wanted to proceed fast and marketing manager who directly works with me liked me so much. But they took their sweet 10 working days to review other candidates after my final interview, and I was informed there will be no more process for me. They have asked me to provide 2 references from direct managers even before the final interview, then decided not to hire me. I understand it's hard to find a right candidate for companies, and a right company for candidates but this is honestly unpleasant especially I shared my concerns with HR if the reference process is too early. Very disappointed about their process and lack of consideration for candidate. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
