Interview process was normal . My initial contact was with a recruiter, then a senior manager and peers. Interview lasted about 45 minutes during each face. Interview span from beginning to the end took about 2 months.

The interview questions were mainly behavioral interview questions about past experiences, strengths, weaknesses, and applicable skills. General industry knowledge and knowledge of the company's brands was also very helpful when answering questions. Brief case study was also a part of my first interview.
