The Hammersmith offices seemed like a very relaxed environment and work culture.
I had a personal reference from a person within the company, and it seems that this made the interview process much easier.
Very important to try and understand as much as possible about the brand that you are being interviewed for.

It was super efficient....a simple HR phone screening and a 3-person panel interview. HR was the best communicator, but it was what it was. The questions were in the STAR format and they kind of gave you an indication of if my answer was good or bad.
