Applied online and received an email to set up an interview. The interview process was very straight forward. The questions were what I have typically been asked in different interviews with other companies.

They were helpful and quite friendly, eager to explain the process. The job can be done by anyone with a high school degree, low salary but with perspective to change job/get promoted.
