First called me to phone interview me after I had applied online at my school's job center. Afterwards, set me up with an interview at one of their offices and i had a face-to-face interview as well as with someone else who couldn't make it but spoke over the phone. Very friendly, offered a drink (take Coke, duh!) and just relax. A lot of the questions were geared towards the position (Coca Cola Recycling) and their goals.
