      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso The Connor Group (Dayton, OH) nel mese di ott 2016

      Colloquio

The interview process was pretty easy, overall. I applied on Indeed and was contacted within a day or so by a recruiter. After a brief "get to know you" call, she set up an over the phone interview - I had done these in the past, so I was very used to it. That took about 25-30 minutes, and after ward she invited me into the central office to meet with her boss, the VP of Talent Acquisition. I met with him on a Saturday morning - which I considered to be a perk that they were willing to interview me on a Saturday, considering I was working at the time and needed to do the interview on a day off. The interview with him only took me about 30 minutes, during that time it really seemed like he wanted to get to know ME and not just my job history. He asked a lot of questions I hadn't had during an interview before, which I liked. After the interview - he said I would be doing a "Day In the Field".. basically, I could spend an entire day with the team I'd be working with, and get a better feel for the job. They worked around my work schedule, and I did that just a few days later. Honestly - I wish EVERY company offered that. The "Day In the Field" was my favorite part of the interview process. I was leaving a 10year long career that I was very comfortable in, and it was nice to be able to see what I would actually be doing before I made that decision. A day or two after the Day In The Field, I was offered the position - and I accepted.
