Standard interview process -- went multiple rounds. After the fourth round, however, I was told that they would reach out within 2 days, and never heard back. I even tried reaching out to the recruiter, and was completely ignored. I had my reservations about the company because of the way they interviewed and how intense they were about work-life balance questions, so I think it may have been a blessing in disguise. That being said, the way the interview process ended was extremely unprofessional and reflected very poorly on the company.
I would recommend avoiding The Connor Group.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
