I believe you have to be invited to a second interview only if you are selected from the group interview.

First I got a call to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the store supervisors. When it was time for the interview I met at stores supervisor we sat down a introduce our self, they explain the job position and asked the interview questions . After the interview questions they told they would get back to me in a week to see if I had pass to the other hiring process .
