I was recruited, had a number of phone screens, provided references, had one interview with GM, one with GM, Area Director and then another with RM, and entire management team- I hear that my process didn't take as long as most. Some cycles go beyond a year.

Nothing unexpected or difficult. I felt the questions were probing enough to see if you were cut out to lead people...and how you aspire to lead.

Easy but too long of a process -- generally a red flag when exploring new roles. I like the company but did not really sell me on the role or what I could expect.
