First there is a group interview where they talk about the company and you watch some videos. Than they do mock scenarios where you participate and are observed. They have you do activities in groups to see how you interact as a team player. If they select you as a possible candidate, then you do a one on one interview with a manager, one manager after another. They collaborate, if they like you, you get a phone call where you are offered a job over the phone.

They ask you about yourself. They are different! If you are different then this is the place for you! I would never work in any other retail part-time position. The management works with your schedule and really wants you to grown and learn. They are amazing!
