Come prepared to answer on the spot questions about cocktails if applying for bartending. Serving questions will be focused on scale of service.

I was greeted kindly by the hiring manager at our scheduled meeting time, she kindly asked me a couple questions about my day and life showing care and interest. Then I was asked about my job history and reasons why I wanted to work with the Don. She explained the position and work details and scheduled me for my first day!
