Not tough for me, mainly just getting to know what they offer and presenting what you offer. The interview was basically about what I did before this. It seemed that he didn't care about my skill set or ideas or what I could bring to the job, he just had made the decision already and didn't want to talk to me any further. I got the job but I didn't think it was a good company to work for.
