There's a telephonic conversation with HR and then a Writing test. Then there's I just had a telephonic conversation with HR and it went really well. They were very helpful and answered all my questions about the job position. After that, I had a writing test which I thought went pretty well too. I'm feeling confident about my chances of getting the job. Later on, the HR representative and I had a salary discussion. I was delighted with the offer they made and we were able to negotiate a little bit to come to a mutually agreeable number. Well, when I eventually got a call, the reporting manager and I had been communicating back and forth, so everything was fine overall.
The entire procedure was simple and quick. Due to COVID constraints, the interview was conducted over the phone.
