I scheduled this interview a month in advance and was given Core Principles of the Emazing Group to review and was told I would be asked questions about this in my interview. I was excited and reviewed their website and brands carefully. A month later, just 60 minutes before my interview, I was sent 4 separate Basic Skills test to complete immediately (typing, clerical literacy - for a paid ad manager role?) I asked why I wasn’t sent this a month ago, and received no answer. When I joined the interview, the recruiter seemed distracted and uninterested. She did not ask me any questions about the Core Principles. She did tell me there would be five more rounds of interview, a take home assessment, a video introduction, and more skill tests - all for a salary significantly below market value. She could not provide any specific details about the role.

Booked a meeting to the recruiter's calendar for the initial interview. The recruiter didn't show up when it's time for the meeting. I asked if we can reschedule since they might be busy. Her annoying calendar automation says that I missed the interview when in fact I was already inside the zoom meeting for 20 minutes!! I asked when's their best availability but they don't respond. Just their freaking automated email does.
Their recruiters should get their **** together. No wonder the position has been vacant for several months now. Emazing, you sound like a good company, but you should re-evaluate your recruiters' hiring process.

The recruiter blew me off the first time. Then I was required to do an in-depth "test." I suspect that there was no one hired for this position. Instead after all of the campaign designs were submitted for the test, they were integrated into someone else's workload.
