I went to the interview in Birmingham today. There were around 200 people waiting. I found all the process very unprofessional! All was very quick, we just drop off the CV, recruiter hardly look on any of us, didn't ask a single question, nothing. We have watched 3 videos about Dubai, then we have got one hour break. Later we found out who got through to the second round. Most shocking was when our recruiter said it's going to be more like X Factor than actual interview 😀

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
