The interviewer started by defining itself and its role at Emirates, she was very calm and polite then she asked me 5 different questions. The questions were different from the usual interviewing questions but close to it.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
