Applied online for an Invitation Only event, got shortlisted to attend the Assessment Day. Recruiter did a mini cv drop where she asked general questions like “how are you today?”. Next step group activities, we were put in groups and had to discuss a picture and then present to the rest of the groups. Height and reach test was next followed by another group activity. Cuts were high, we started with about 98 candidates at the beginning of which 13 went through to the group activity and only 3 were selected for the final interview.

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview

Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:
