I went to an Open day. Cca 30 people attended and only one recruiter was at the interview. After short introduction video we were divided into 5 groups, each group got a picture and 4 questions. We were supposed first to introduce ourselves in few sentences and than to explain what was happening on the pictures, with what challenges could we face in the given situation, what skills we would need and how could we help. Every person should say something and we had 5min per group. Second step was height, reach and tattoo check. Third step- recruiter divided us into 2 big groups and gave us different situations. Six different people on board are asking for the same thing and we had only one of it. Whom should we give it? We had to choose only one person. Same as previous, we should all agree about chosen person, we should all speak. Fourth - We had Online English test - it was easy. Fifth- 1:1 Interview with usual questions. Tips: prepare all documents in digital form, you don't need anything to print out.
