We went trough an assessment day for Fly emirates at a five stars hotel in Rome.We were 40 candidates. We attendend a presentation held by the recruiter about the Emirates group and his policy. The recruiter showed us Dubai and his major attractions and then explained how the training and the job work and then showed us all the benefits that come with the job. There are different phases to go trough, like problem solving activities to solve with groupworking ,a brief self-description and the height and reach test. The interview was held completely in english.
