Despite being an internal candidate at the same department, the interview I went through was quite intense. At the headquarters on the interview day, they provided me with a topic and required me to complete a presentation within an hour, utilizing the internet if needed. Following that, all candidates, both internal and external, presented individually. This face-to-face interview involved interactions with hiring managers and HR representatives. While this particular role didn't include a group interview, I have experienced one for a different position. In the end of the interview, I also had to take a psychometric test.
