Applied a got invite for an online assessment a month later. Invite described how the online assessment works however the time complete it was less. On a Friday noon received email to complete it by EOD Monday, There is an option to ask for more time but since i was in a bad state to find a new role, i decided to try it. The online assessment had options to try sample questions which was helpful. I finished my assessment on Monday and its been exactly 2 months, there is no response at all from the team. I followed up with my recruiter multiple times and cant express what a waste of my time it was. Worst recruitment experience ever from such a reputed organization. I wish no one had to go through this type of recruitment experience ever. I know they have great talent pool and all but a proper response or update should be given to those applicants who try to take time to give the one way online assessments.
