They are very strict on what you wear to the interview, that you have no tattoos, that you are 21 years old and above, that you are 160cm minimum, and that you have at least one years customer service (in person). Then there are multiple stages throughout the day, and following each one people get eliminated. There are solo and group presentations and discussions in which you are assessed. If you make it to the final round, you have to sign and submit documents, have your photo taken and take part in a final interview.
