When you arrive at the venue (you need an invitation to go), you are welcomed with a friendly smile. The day starts off with a nice presentation that makes you want the job more than anything else in the world. After that (and multiple breaks here and there), the assessment starts. Don't be fooled, however. They have been watching you from the moment you set foot in the door. I did not make it through the entire day, but I believe that they are looking for people who are genuinely friendly, easily interact with others and is not shy to speak up and ask questions.
