The recruiter reached out the same I applied for the position. I was surprised with the responsiveness. However that was the only positive about the process. When I finally had my interview I felt like the recruiter seemed annoyed and was not very friendly I did not feel like he wanted to speak with me at all. He kept asking the same type of questions in a different way. He had me explain things over and over again as if I was a criminal suspect. When it came to the salary, I found out the pay was subpar at best. I'm earning the same amount at my current job in the same field at a similar company and that salary is below marker rate. With that said I did not get an offer. The way the recruiter treated me and the low pay made me decide it was not a good fit for me.

Interview was pretty smooth and they asked things relevant to my role in the industry. The Hiring team was accommodative on my requests and ultimately found me suitable for the role.
