All of management sat me down in a room to ask me questions. There was 8 people in my interview because they want to make sure you will be be a good fit for their management "family" they asked me lots of questions and some pertained to the job some did not. At times I felt as if i was being interviewed to be their friend.

Two interviews - was hired at the second interview. The process was fairly easy. I was first called by the HR representative to set up an interview. I met with them at the interview and it felt more like a second interview than a first interview where I talked about a little bit about myself, and then I answered a lot of like this situational behavioral questions. The second air interview wasn’t really an interview rather it was just a bigger breakdown of what the job role would be, and then I was hired on the spot when that interview completed.
