Once I submitted resume, I was emailed a list of preliminary questions. After, I had to record a two minute video of answering more questions. From there I was offered a Skype interview. This was particularly difficult due to the role play portion which was recorded by the recruiter. If you successful complete the interview you are sent to Europe for a two week training; based how your training goes you are offered a position and shadow other consultants.
