Brief phone interview and scheduled an in-person interview within 2 weeks.
I had an interview with the manager and she asked if I have used their products before and if I am familiar with K-Beauty. I have used their products before so she asked me to briefly explain about the product. Also if I had previous experience in sales. Overall easy interview.

It was regular length, interviewer was nice but 20 minutes late. Really only was interested because I was bilingual. Got the job pretty much on the spot. Came across very enthusiastic and had very high expectations.
