I was contacted very quickly by the Account Manager after submitting my resume via LinkedIn. The phone screen was set w/in a week. It was a comfortable conversation about my background. The on-site interview w/ one of the Company's founders was set w/in a week as well. That was an informal & very comfortable discussion about my background, personal life, and goals. The offer came quickly as well! The whole process (from application to offer was less than a month)

First exploratory interview with hiring manager for a position as a consultant with a client. It had turned because the position was not available anymore. Second interview via phone with CEO leading to agreement to interview with another client Third interview with client hiring manager leading to move forward to interview with client team 3 interviews with client team members All but the first interview were virtual due to the Covid 19 lockdown in New Jersey. For the Client interviews Microsoft Teams was used with the FlexPro hiring manager as meeting organizer.
