The initial contact was a simple phone call covering the basic concepts of QA and discussing any prior experience in the field.
The next step was a face to face interview with a short test and then a longer Individual project to be completed over the next week.
Email communication occured throughout and the final contact was vis a phone call to confirm an remaining details.
