I applied online, did a brief phone screening and later went in for an in-person interview. For a directors position I was intrigued that I only met with one person for about a half hour. The executive director conducted the interview based on what appeared to be a questionnaire. She completed a form as I spoke. I was quite turned off when no one ever got in touch to tell me I was not chosen. I received an auto generated email from the company approximately two weeks after my interview saying I was chosen for an interview. I called and left message inquiring about the email and expressing my desire to hear from someone, even if i was not chosen. No returned call. I left a total of two messages several weeks after my interview requesting contact and no returned calls.
