Interview was quick and painless. I got a call about 3 weeks post application. When I applied I did have an employee recommendation, which at my particular store, sped things along and nearly guaranteed the position of a cashier at the time. The interviewer was friendly and accommodated to hiring first time employees (this was my first job). Most questions were easy and had a clear right answer. However there were multiple questions on ethics, such as "have you ever thought about stealing" and this type of question makes you think should i answer honest (who hasn't thought about it before? and what they want to hear). In my interview i was honest, yes i had thought it but no i never stole anything.

The interview process was extremely swift and I was offered the job on the spot. They were mainly interested in my experience and how open my availability could be. As long as you have some leadership experience and spent some time working in retail youll be the right fit.
