Mayan by far was the most unprofessional person that has ever interviewed me. He did the entire interview while driving, he did not have my resume handy or remember who I was. As the owner of the business this is unacceptable. The entire interview was 7 minutes, when I told him that I was going back to school - he made it a negative thing. He did not ask if I had any questions about the position and hardly had anything positive to say. He gave me very little respect while interviewing, I would not want to work for an owner that behaves this way, let alone be a customer. He then asked me to remind him to do HIS JOB and email him about seeing the next manager. If you care about people you will go the extra mile to make sure they come aboard the team. Do not hold your breath for a quality interview with good information and positivity about the workplace and your potential to fit in. The job description says "willing to train great personalities" - apparently it takes one to recognize it.
